2012 Hyundai Veloster urban driving gains an edge something that strikes home with just one
glance at the
Veloster’s profile. At the front, a short front overhang.
Above, a roofline that slopes downwards from front to back. Lower side
character lines arc across the bodywork, while the front pillars are
coloured black to accentuate the sporty feel. Sleek toughness
personified, this is a punchy, athletic coupé in the finest tradition.
Hyundai Veloster have exceptional levels of standard
safety features for the sporty car segment. Hyundai Veloster has
Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) system is the optimal manage ESC
(Electronic Stability Control) and
Electrical Motor Driven PowerSteering (MDP). VSM works to control the two effects. The first is when
drivers accelerate or brake on split-mu surfaces (smooth on one side,
on the other hand dry pavement) and vehicles that want to pull in one

The
2012 Veloster delivers innovation to the compact coupe segment with
a unique third door for easy rear-seat access, Hyundai’s Blue Link telematics system, Pandora internet radio with seven-inch touch-screen
display, and a new 1.6-litre direct-injected four-cylinder engine mated
to
Hyundai first dual-clutch transmission.
2012 Hyundai Veloster performace use of GDI, Gamma 1.6-liter engine gives the peak output is
estimated 138 horsepower at 6300 rpm and maximum torque of 123 lb.-ft.
at 4850 rpm. But GDI only part of the story as new Gamma also features
Dual Variable Valve Timing continuous, electronic throttle control,
roller timing chain, variable induction and innovative anti-friction
coatings such as Physical Vapor Deposition CRN (PVD) coating and
Diamond Like Carbon.
The
Hyundai Veloster combines the style of a coupe and the functionality of a
hatchback, while incorporating an additional passenger-side door. In
the past, some coupes have used smaller rear-hinged access doors. These
vehicles have always been compromised by having to open the driver-side
door before the rear door could be opened, proving inconvenient for
both the driver and passenger, and extremely difficult to operate in
tight parking situations. Hyundai’s fresh take here with the
Veloster
implements a conventionally hinged door on the passenger side,
providing safe and ready access to the surprisingly spacious rear
seats. The passenger-side rear door handle is hidden to maintain the
coupe’s fluid design. The all-new Gamma 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine is the smallest
Hyundai engine to use Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI). GDI technology
helps deliver estimated highway fuel economy of up to 40 mpg, lower
emissions, and higher reliability.
