By allowing both headlamps to turn, the Dual-swivel Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS) provides better illumination around curves. When turning speed exceeds 19 mph, both headlamps will swivel to brighten the road’s curve. At lower speeds, a single headlamp rotates up to 10 degrees during right turns and 20 degrees when turning left. Standard High-Intensity Discharge (HID) headlamps are brighter than conventional halogen headlamps, use less energy and last significantly longer.
