2012 Hyundai Sonata New Performance Design

The 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.4L Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engine is the most powerful naturally aspirated 4-cylinder in its class. Delivering up to 200 horsepower and 186 lb.-ft. of torque, the 2.4L gets a segment-leading 35 miles from every gallon of gas on the highway. This allows it to meet Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) standards, and in some states, a version even qualifies for Partial Zero Emission Vehicle (PZEV) status. The 2012 Sonata 2.0T is a game-changer. This 4-cylinder twin scroll turbo pumps out 274 horsepower and 269 lb.-ft. of torque more than the V6 Camry, Accord and Altima. And at 34 highway MPG, blows them all away on fuel economy as well.

The Azera features a caster angle of five degrees. That may sound like technical minutiae, but it can significantly impact real-world driving by creating a more connected feel through the steering wheel and by increasing stability at highway speeds. A double-wishbone front suspension design was selected for its ability to provide more consistent grip over uneven surfaces, while also shrinking the car’s turning circle.

All the work that was done to create a refined suspension would have gone to waste if Hyundai engineers hadn’t demanded the appropriate tires, so the Azera comes exclusively on 17-inch tires that are a generous 235 millimeters wide. You’ll appreciate their confident traction when cornering and braking. Encouraged by the response the Hyundai Azera has received from owners, Hyundai engineers found ways to further refine the steering and suspension for 2012. After just a few minutes behind the wheel, you’ll immediately feel a sense of control whether you’re cruising down the highway or decide to go in search of some of those winding roads.

The Azera’s presence starts with standard 17-inch wheels, and the Limited wheels sporting the hyper-silver finish. The Limited model is further differentiated by side mirrors with embedded turn signals that contribute to both style and safety. The Azera’s distinctive bodyside lines frame the rear wheels like no other car on the road, while the LED tail lights that cover nearly the entire width of the vehicle give it a subtle visual signature all its own and the chrome-tipped dual exhaust is integrated into the rear bumper. You’ll note that the trunk lock is hidden from sight so as not to blemish the styling. Open the trunk and you’ll find it nicely lined, with integrated hinges that won’t damage your cargo.

From the standard audio system on each trim level to the top-of-the-line Infinity LOGIC 7 surround sound audio system, the Azera has a stereo for every level of audiophile. surround sound processing. Plus AM/FM/XMTurn your Azera Limited into a symphony hall. 12 speakers, 605 watts of power, and Infinity LOGIC 7 Satellite Radio. This 315-watt Infinity audio system features XM Radio, an in-dash six-CD/MP3 player, iPod/USB and auxiliary input jacks, and 10 speakers and an external amp. This six-speaker, 172-watt system features XM Radio with a three-month subscription, plus a CD/MP3 player. The 2012 Veloster delivers innovation to the compact coupe segment with a unique third door for easy rear-seat access, Hyundai’s Blue Link telematics system, Pandora internet radio with seven-inch touch-screen display, and a new 1.6-litre direct-injected four-cylinder engine mated to Hyundai first dual-clutch transmission. 2012 Hyundai Veloster performace use of GDI, Gamma 1.6-liter engine gives the peak output is estimated 138 horsepower at 6300 rpm and maximum torque of 123 lb.-ft. at 4850 rpm. But GDI only part of the story as new Gamma also features Dual Variable Valve Timing continuous, electronic throttle control, roller timing chain, variable induction and innovative anti-friction coatings such as Physical Vapor Deposition CRN (PVD) coating and Diamond Like Carbon.

The Hyundai Veloster combines the style of a coupe and the functionality of a hatchback, while incorporating an additional passenger-side door. In the past, some coupes have used smaller rear-hinged access doors. These vehicles have always been compromised by having to open the driver-side door before the rear door could be opened, proving inconvenient for both the driver and passenger, and extremely difficult to operate in tight parking situations. Hyundai’s fresh take here with the Veloster implements a conventionally hinged door on the passenger side, providing safe and ready access to the surprisingly spacious rear seats. The passenger-side rear door handle is hidden to maintain the coupe’s fluid design. The all-new Gamma 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine is the smallest Hyundai engine to use Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI). GDI technology helps deliver estimated highway fuel economy of up to 40 mpg, lower emissions, and higher reliability.

2012 Hyundai Azera Stylish Dynamis Luxury

The 2012 Hyundai Azera pays homage to the saying “fashion fades, style endures” by designing a car for those who champion quality and intelligent design over showiness. To that end, the goal for the Azera’s exterior styling was to exude confidence and avoid gimmicks, while still maintaining the functional comfort that buyers of this class of car demand. Adding to the already sophisticated look of the Hyundai Azera, we’ve enhanced the exterior with many premium updates such as a bolder front grille design, chrome tipped dual exhaust integrated into the bumper, 17” alloy-wheels and LED rear tail lights.

The 2012 Hyundai Azera distinctive bodyside lines frame the rear wheels like no other car on the road, while the LED tail lights that cover nearly the entire width of the vehicle give it a subtle visual signature all its own and the chrome-tipped dual exhaust is integrated into the rear bumper. You’ll note that the trunk lock is hidden from sight so as not to blemish the styling. Open the trunk and you’ll find it nicely lined, with integrated hinges that won’t damage your cargo.

When you examine an Hyundai Azera, you’ll notice a difference in the way it’s finished. But even the things you can’t see have been carefully considered by our engineers. For instance, the thickness of the side glass was specially designed to ensure that outside noise would stay outside. The jointing and sealing methods used on the car were also developed to increase refinement and longevity. And wherever extra effort would be noticed and appreciated by the customer, we encouraged the engineers to make it. One of the many reasons the Hyundai Azera has continued to win over the public and the press.

The high arc of the roof makes the Azera easier to enter and exit. This silhouette also positively impacts interior space, particularly head, shoulder and leg room, not to mention the area available for storage. The shape of the trunk its wide opening, and even the rear bumper were scrutinized not just to look good but also to ensure that it would be easy to load. Consider how you must contort your body to reach for an object deep inside the trunk of the average large car. Then, try doing the same with the Azera and see how much easier it is.
